I was searching for a conservative passive income investment and very happy with my decision to allocate to MJ REIT. It's been a pleasure working with Chris and the team. I have exposure to other real estate sectors, but they have discovered a niche asset class with a lot of potential, which helps me diversify my overall portfolio.
